This Privacy Policy explains how RO9 Logistics LLC ("RO9", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use the RO9 web application, the RO9 mobile applications, and this website (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to provide and secure the Services.

• Account information: your name, username, email address, phone number, role, and sign-in credentials (passwords are stored only as one-way hashes).
• Contact information: phone numbers, email addresses and mailing addresses you or your organization provide, and the content of messages you send to us or through the Services.
• Employment-application information: if you apply for a position through the Services, the information you submit, such as work history, licenses and certifications, qualifications, and answers to application questions.
• Uploaded documents and media: files, photos, signatures and recordings you choose to upload.
• Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, app version, pages and features used, timestamps, and diagnostic and crash logs.
• Location data: if you use a mobile app feature that needs it and you grant permission, your device's location while that feature is in use. You can withdraw permission at any time in your device settings.

2. How we use information

• To provide, operate and maintain the Services and your account.
• To communicate with you, including service messages, account notices and responses to your requests.
• To process employment applications on behalf of the organization you are applying to.
• To secure the Services, prevent fraud and abuse, and keep audit records.
• To diagnose problems and improve the Services.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the Services:

• Service providers that process data on our behalf under contract, such as cloud hosting and storage (Amazon Web Services), messaging and voice (Twilio), email delivery, and background-check and screening providers when you have authorized a check.
• Your organization: if you use the Services through an employer or company, that organization can access information in its account.
• Legal and safety: when required by law, legal process or a government request, or to protect the rights, property or safety of RO9, our users or others.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

4. Retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, and afterward only as long as required for legal, regulatory, safety, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

5. Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us right away.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, download or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email support@ro9.com. We will verify your identity before acting on a request and respond within the time required by law.

To delete your account, follow the steps on our account deletion page. Some records may be kept where the law requires it; we will tell you if that applies.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

7. Children's privacy

The Services are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, give notice through the Services or by email.
